Madli and Peter's romance blossomed on a radiant summer Saturday in July, at the trendy Limmat riverfront in Zürich. The hipster hangout destination, a mecca for hipsters and free spirits, draws in crowds seeking to bask in the sun, lose themselves in a good book, dance, socialize and dive into the cool river. As Madli pedaled up on her bicycle, she found Peter, absorbed in his book. He welcomed her with a refreshing glass of green ice tea, which provided a temporary respite from the sizzling summer heat. As the hours flew by in conversation, the temperature rose and Madli proposed a refreshing dip in the river from the bridge, and let the current carry them away. Though Peter wasn't exactly prepared for a swim and didn’t have any swimwear, he was at first hesitant but then stripped down to his black underwear and made the leap. This leap of faith marked the beginning of a journey of discovery and adventure that would take them to the corners of the world together. Hand in hand, uncovering the beauty and wonder of each other's home countries. From the charming streets of Europe to the breathtaking landscapes of the US, they made memories that they would treasure forever. They sought out adventure in the tropical paradise of Hawaii, where they swam and surfed in crystal-clear waters and hiked to breathtaking vistas. They also went on amazing ski trips, sharing the thrill of riding down the snow-capped mountains. And took Nicholas with them to introduce the world; the trio embarked recently on the adventure of a lifetime in Costa Rica, exploring empty paradise beaches, wild jungles, sleeping above the clouds and rainforests. Each day began with breathtaking sunrises, setting the stage for a new day filled with peace, love and wonder.

As their love grew deeper it took them on a journey of endless romance, culminating in not one, but two engagements. The first, in the bustling and inspiring city of New York. In a charming French restaurant, surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, and serenaded by the soothing melodies of live piano music, Madli asked Peter to spend his life with her. They celebrated their engagement on the 101st floor, feeling truly on top of the world. But that was just the beginning. Three weeks later, Peter, the ever romantic, swept Madli off her feet with a dream engagement, in Buenos Aires, at a Coldplay concert, under the falling stars, ignited by fireworks, and carried away by the music, Peter asked Madli to be his forever. Their love story is a tale of two hearts united by fate, two souls bound by love, and a bond that will last a lifetime.

Years have passed since that fateful day at Limmat riverfront, Madli and Peter are preparing to walk down the aisle and start their happily ever after. They look back fondly on that warm July summer Saturday and continue to enjoy green ice tea by the river, Peter still rocking his trusty black underwear.
